In Today’s Blog post, I will be giving you my own opinion on the best Chefs to watch, in order to learn more in the kitchen. These Chefs have devoted their lives to becoming experts at their crafts and it is great to learn from the best while we all still remain on lockdown from COVID-19.
Who is she? The woman behind 2am dessert-bar in her native Singapore, Janice was voted Asia’s Best Dessert Chef in 2013 and 2014 and is known for her outstanding desserts.
Why you should follow her: Stepping away from dinner is always good which is why this Chef is always great to watch to mix things up! Janice’s creations often look more like staggering art than food.
Who is he? Scottish chef and restaurateur known for his highly acclaimed restaurants and cookbooks but perhaps best known in the early 21st century for the profanity and fiery temper that he freely displayed on television cooking programs.
Why you should follow him: Currently holds 14 Michelin stars in total, Ramsay certainly lives a hectic lifestyle filled with adventure. The real question is where he gets all the energy. I mean, this guy really does do it all; he’s a devoted family man, works on average three TV series at once, and has an arsenal of 32 owner or operated restaurants under his belt.
Who is he? He’s the mastermind behind the Momofuku empire, which spansNew York, Sydney and Toronto and includes sister bakery Milk Bar and foodie magazine Lucky Peach.New York-based Momofuku Ko is currently No.69 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ extended 51-100 list.
Why you should follow him: There’s a reason why he’s one of the most-followed chefs in the world: David Chang knows how to do food. He makes dishes that explode with taste and look amazing. Go to his account for slow-motion soft egg yolk on chips.
